ELL

Our ELL program supports students whose home language is not English as they grow in confidence and build strong academic language skills.

ELL teachers, counselors, and staff work together to support each student’s language development and success in school. Students receive instruction at different levels based on their English proficiency, with a focus on learning the academic language needed in all subjects.

We help students:

• Improve reading, writing, listening, and speaking in English
• Build vocabulary and grammar skills
• Understand and express ideas in academic settings
• Reach their full potential in every class
